fashionstyle.ai generates AI-restyled images of you from a photo you provide, offers an AI stylist chat, and virtual try-on. The service is currently a beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your photos are yours. The looks we generate from them are yours too. You grant us only the license needed to store your content and process it through our AI providers to deliver the service — nothing more.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). And:

• upload only photos of yourself, or of someone who has clearly given you permission
• don't use generated images to impersonate, deceive, or harm anyone
• don't attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or break the service

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

1 credit = 1 generated look or try-on. Daily free credits are a promotional offer for a limited period and reset each day; purchased credits never expire. Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime — you keep your remaining credits. Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable; if a generation fails, the credit is automatically returned.

Generated images are AI interpretations — they aim to be believable, not photographic truth. Style suggestions are for inspiration and entertainment; they are not professional, medical, or psychological advice.

The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
